据菲律宾警方消息，当地时间3月16日上午，菲律宾新比斯开省（NuevaVizcaya）附近发生一起枪击事件，导致包括卡加延省阿帕里市副市长在内的共计6人死亡。
警方称，当天上午8时45分左右，一伙身穿警服并驾驶政府车辆的身份不明人员在附近一所小学前设置了路障，当副市长的车辆经过时，他们突然向车内开枪，导致副市长和另外5名随行人员当场身亡。
