特尔纳特警察局长XelacorMariaGarcia少校说：现年49岁的RickyDiones是一家采石公司的运营经理，特尔纳特市长LambertoBambao的顾问Diones在早上6点45分左右在Bucana和Sapang1村庄边界的一座桥上奔跑时，他因两枪击中身体而当场死亡。
