警方展開冚賭行動。昨（15日）晚10時許，荃灣警區特別職務隊在眾安街一單位，搗破懷疑非法麻雀賭檔，檢獲2部電動麻雀機、4副麻雀及約1.9萬元現金賭款。
單位內姓郭（42歲）男子，涉嫌「經營賭博場所」被捕；姓陳（60歲）女子則涉「協助經營賭博場所」被捕；另外4男5女（35至50歲），則涉嫌「在賭博場所內賭博」被捕。全部人同時涉嫌違反《預防及控制疾病（禁止群組聚集）條例》（第599G章）被票控。
