据菲律宾消息，2月28日下午5时，在金边市隆边区新街市3分区136路，菲律宾海关总署扣留了一辆疑似走私并悬挂警察车牌的凯迪拉克豪车。
据悉，上述豪车的车主是内政部刑警局官员。
由于车主证件不足，执法人员决定将汽车运到海关总署总部暂时保管，等待进一步处理。
