泰国51岁男子强奸9岁侄女并拍下视频在网上售卖
据泰媒报道，1月3日，泰国侦剿局警方召开新闻发布会，称在巴真府卡宾武里县以强奸13岁以下儿童罪名逮捕了一名51岁男子查拉，并逮捕了49岁男子阿桑及其18岁儿子，罪名是非法持有及销售儿童色情视频。
并查出阿桑为上述群组管理员，其儿子A某负责管理银行账户财务事宜。同时，警方调查得知，上述视频里男子为51岁的查拉，警方遂向法院提交相关证据以申请逮捕令。
