当地时间11月26日，菲律宾新怡诗夏省(NuevaEcija)养牛场主人AlejandroMabagos简直不敢相信其牛群接二连三死去
根据Mabagos叙述，他所知道的是，9月26日至27日，一直“疯狗”在牧场袭击了牛群。从10月14日至今，共有24头奶牛死亡，其中20头还是怀孕的奶牛。
该农民现如今希望农业部门帮忙调查一系列死亡事件，并了解当地是否自2018年以来就没有进行大规模的狂犬疫苗接种运动。
