当地时间12月6日，菲律宾碧瑶市(Baguio)地方政府正在为假期期间预计涌入该市的游客做准备。
圣诞装饰现在点缀在城市的各个旅游目的地，包括植物园和安装了巨大圣诞树的SessionRoad。
碧瑶市旅游官员AloysiusMapalo表示，他们预计碧瑶市将在圣诞及新年假期欢迎15万-20万名游客。
Mapalo表示：“目前访问人数大约是11万人，但圣诞到来肯定会增加50%以上，因此可能达到月访问人数15万-20万人。”
同时，当地政府提醒游客要有责任心，保持城市清洁。
