蒂凡尼环球小姐选美大赛（MissTiffany），是泰国最著名的变性人选美大赛之一。
2014年时，有一位泰国大学生也报名参加了这场选美，她就是后来被中国富商鲍哥给娶回家的“人妖皇后”妮莎（NissaKaterahong）。
1992年出生的妮莎来自于泰国的一个小城市，家境非常普通。小时候，还是小男孩的妮莎便有了想变成女孩的想法，在空闲的时候，她常常会将自己打扮成女生。
