北伊罗戈省(IlocosNorte)拉瓦格市(Laoag)，一辆大巴与马车擦撞，导致马匹摔倒受伤。
根据闭路电视录像，大巴和马车朝同一方向行驶，但疑似因为大巴驾驶觉得马车太慢，而选择在较窄的道路上超车。
超车期间，大巴后半部与马车发生擦撞，大巴随后停了下来，售票员与马夫进行交谈。
据拉瓦格市交通部门称，该事件没有向他们报告，双方可能已经当下和解。
据悉，巴士公司对司机实施了预防性停职。
