消息：根据有关安排，中国驻菲律宾使馆就外国人赴华签证申请要求更新如下：
一、自北京时间2022年8月24日0时起，允许持有效APEC商务旅行卡人员、有效学习类居留许可的外国留学生入境中国，相关人员无需重新申办赴华签证。
二、即日起，使馆开始受理接受学历教育的长期留学人员的X1字签证申请。申请人须持有《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201或JW202表）、学校录取通知书（新生）或返校证明（在读学生）。
