当地时间11月1日，菲律宾三描礼斯省(Zambales)Masinloc镇一嘉年华的游乐设施突发意外，导致三人受伤。
伤者包括一名24的母亲和她两岁的孩子，以及23岁女子，他们都被带到附近医院接受治疗。
据悉，三人当时都乘坐名为“毛毛虫”的过山车，当操作员加快速度时，受害者被从座位上被抛下，跌落至约6英尺的地面。
根据调查，该游乐设施的一个螺丝松动导致车厢脱轨。
在调查进行期间，嘉年华也暂停了活动，而管理层尚未发表声明但承诺将承担伤者的治疗费用。
