菲律宾警方在巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)救出一名被绑中国公民，逮捕四名嫌疑人。
警方表示，获救受害者为27岁的陈某，而嫌疑人为34岁中国公民，42岁的菲律宾司机NovinYusuff以及两名同伙NinoFelisan和JosephBarbas。
受害人的亲属当时在翻译的协助下向Tambo警察局报案，称受害者被强行推入一辆灰色面包车内，车牌号为IAD774。
警方随后立即展开救援行动，并于晚间9点10分左右在BradcoAvenue和MacapagalBoulevard的拐角处救出受害者。
当局从嫌犯身上找到一把装有八枚实弹的9毫米手枪。
