根据《商业世界报》(BusinessWorld)近日报道，在劳动力市场紧张和物价上涨的情况下，菲律宾雇主明年可能会增加加薪预算。
援引韦莱韬悦(WillisTowersWatson)的说法，参与调查的菲律宾385名雇主中，有52.5%的人今年增加了加薪预算。
据悉，私营公司分配的2023年工资平均增长为5.7%，高于今年和大流行期间任何时候的5.5%。
