当地时间10月22日，菲律宾卫生部发表公告称，从11月1日起，所有入境旅客必须填写电子入境卡(eArrivalCard)，取代之间的OHP入境二维码。
卫生部表示，此举是为了“简化旅客的入境要求”。
入境旅客仍需在出发前72小时通过onehealthpass.com.ph或扫瞄卫生部网站上的二维码注册eArrival卡。若未能及时登记，也可在所在机场柜台进行办理。
菲律宾旅游部对这一发展表示欢迎，称该想法是旅游部吗“在大量入境菲律宾游客的投诉中”提出的。
旅游部表示：“在采用新的eArrival电子入境卡之前，旅行者被要求在旅行前几天注册OHP入境二维码，但需要提交繁多的文件和资料。新系统为此删除了不必要的信息字段。”
