当地时间10月15日，菲律宾阿尔拜省(Albay)Rapu-Rapu镇近海一艘船只突然翻覆，菲海岸警卫队(PCG)获报后立即派出救援团队救出在海面上的15名乘客及船长。
“Rocenz3”船只当时正在Batan社区附近海域穿行，但在大约早上六点半时，船只遭遇了引擎故障。
幸运的是，正在附近航行的MVRLMCFerryI号轮船目睹了这一事件，并立即向Rapu-Rapu海岸警卫队站寻求协助。
菲海岸警卫队表示：“乘客和机组人员状况良好，并被送回Batan区委会。”
