菲律宾移民局局长诺曼·坦辛科（NormanTansingco）宣布，移民局将驱逐372名违反移民法的外国公民，其中89%或331人是中国人。
他说：“他们的驱逐出境文件已经完成。我们只是在等待国家调查局的许可，我们需要确保他们在这里没有面临任何刑事案件。”
