当地时间10月7日，菲律宾南达沃省(DavaodelSur)Malalag镇一男子在法庭外遭人枪杀。
当地警方表示，死者名为AlexApostadero，他因面临案件临抢劫、强奸和盗窃未遂而被拘留，当天赴法庭本将出席案件的预审。
在等待法庭法官期间，死者坐在法庭外的台阶上，随后一名身份不明的枪手突然靠近，朝其胸部开枪并立即逃逸。
法警随后将受害者送往附近的南达沃省立医院，但不幸被医生宣布到院前已死亡。
警方在案发现场发现0.45口径子弹的弹壳，但目前还无法确定行凶者的身份，而犯罪动机极有可能是个人仇恨。
