受强热带风暴“巴英”(Paeng)带来的影响，菲律宾宿务市(Cebu)Busay社区的SitioGarahe周六中午突发山体滑坡，导致至少九栋房屋被冲走，所幸该地区居民已被提前撤离未造成任何人员伤亡。
宿务市减灾委员会表示，地方政府已认定该地区为高风险地区，因此周四就开始撤离活动。
地质局的调查显示，水道使地面变软。
国家减灾委员会周日报告称，巴英至少造成379起洪水事件、60起山体滑坡以及6起山洪。全国3547个社区受到影响，受灾人数达到1,174,666人或339,051个家庭。
