船只起火32名菲人获救中国渔船提供人道主义援助
11月6日，一艘在北太平洋海域起火的船上至少有32名菲人和10名其他乘客获救。
根据GMA新闻网11月9日报导，中国驻菲大使馆方面表示，幸存者系一艘名为“祥庆”号（音译，Hsiangching）渔船的船员。
附近一艘名为“永发1号”（音译）的渔船当时立即提供了人道主义救援。
大使馆还透露：仍有一名菲人下落不明。“永发1号”的工作人员试图在寻找他，但没有成功。
中国大使黄溪连对这位失踪者的遭遇深表同情。
