当地时间11月5日早上，菲律宾曼达维市(Mandaue)一间电信公司仓库突发大火，所幸未造成人员伤亡。
消防局表示，最初收到的火警报告为车辆起火，随后该车辆发生爆炸，火势蔓延到整个建筑物。
