10月29日，亚典耀大学宣布：受强热带风暴“巴英”影响，将推迟该校原定于10月30日进行的大学入学测试（ACET）。
该大学在一份通知中声称将于晚些时候重新安排考生进行考试。
这份通知说：“请等待亚典耀大学招生部门的进一步电邮通知，包括新的考试日程安排将电邮告知。”
此前，该大学已经完成了10月29日的考试，特别是对于那些已经来到学校的考生已安排让其完成了考试。
但是，因恶劣天气原因而未能参加考试的考生将在2023年1月重新获得一次入学考试的机会。
