两未成年人逃课后前往公园企图吸毒被捕
当地时间10月24日，菲律宾奎松市(QuezonCity)两名15岁青少年逃课后企图在奎松市纪念圆环吸毒被警方逮捕。
据悉，当天上午11点左右，热心民众向警卫报告两名青少年即将吸毒的情况，这促使警卫立即查看情况，并逮捕两名未成年人。
被捕未成年人拒绝发表评论，但其中一人表示，他无意吸毒或购买毒品，只是刚好在奎松市纪念圆环看到了大麻。
