菲律宾笨贼盗窃信用卡实际购物后被捕
菲律宾警方近日在奎松市(QuezonCity)逮捕一名盗刷他人信用卡的男子。据悉，该男子在窃取受害者的信用卡后，已经在奎松市一家购物中心较为高档的服饰店购物，随后企图使用信用卡购买价值10万披索手机时，银行短信提醒了受害者。
