Ookla：菲律宾互联网不再是“双垄断”DITO已抢占一席
据全球互联网速度监测公司Ookla称，菲律宾电信领域主要参与者DITOTelecommunityCorp.已经打破该国双巨头垄断的情况，促使现有运营商加大投资以改善服务并留住用户。上个月，DITO表示其订阅用户已超过900万，并有望在年底前达到1200万，其电信服务已经覆盖600多个城市和直辖市。到今年年底，DITO的目标是在全国840多个地区实现商业化。
