菲前国防部长洛伦扎纳周二晚说，该127亿披索（2.27亿美元）购买Mi-17直升机的交易已被取消。购买该直升机的决定是由前总统杜特地在他的任期于六月三十日结束的前一个月批准。
洛伦扎纳在一次采访中说：“我们可能面对制裁。”
