晚间8点，菲律宾蜂牙丝兰省(Pangasinan)一名被流浪狗追赶的59岁男子不幸遭到一辆汽车撞死。
警方确认受害者为EduardoMartinezDegollacion。
初步调查显示，Degollacion当时为了躲避正在追赶的流浪狗穿越马路，但不小心被陆军中士LeoSolomonAndres驾驶的丰田Innova车撞到。Degollacion因头部受伤当场死亡。
Andres则被带到ConradoF.Estrella地区医疗和创伤中心接受检查，随后被邀请前往警局配合调查。
