菲律宾邦板牙省(Pampanga)Apalit镇的传统河流庆祝活动不幸以悲剧结束，三名信众因触电不幸身亡。据悉，今年的活动有20艘大型船只以及上百艘小型船只参加。参与人数虽然不比往年，但也吸引了2000多名信徒参与。
