菲律宾巴西兰省(Basilan)伊莎贝拉市(Isabela)两名电力线路工在工作期间遭到近距离枪击身亡。
当地警方表示，枪击事件发生在上午11点左右，受害者分别是AlvinPangilinan和RaymondSingson。
目击者称，Pangilinan和Singson正在修复该地区一些受损的电力线路，一名身份不明的嫌疑人突然出现并与两人进行了激烈的讨论。
Pangilinan头部中弹当场死亡，而Singson后来在医院因抢救无效死亡。
