首都区帕赛市(Pasay)的星城游乐园(StarCity)经过两年的闭园重建后，宣布将于2022年2月24日重新对外开放。
该游乐设施表示，营业时间为周四至周日的中午12点至晚上9点，游乐园将遵循室内50%客容量、室外70%客容量的规定以及其他基本卫生检疫措施。
此外，对于未满18岁的群体，即使未接种新冠疫苗也将被允许入园，而年满18岁以上的群体必须在入口处出示疫苗接种卡。
