4月22日中午11点20分，金边市雷西郊区警方突袭一家暗藏线上斗鸡的咖啡店，过程逮捕了老板并查获一些证据。
警方消息指出，上述接获民众的举报成，雷西郊区堆城佳1分区5号公路一处咖啡店暗藏非法赌博，在区长艾坤登的指示下，警方展开调查，并在今日实施突袭一网打尽，查获的证据包括电视机和供赌徒下注相关设备。
行动结束后，警方将咖啡店老板带回堆城佳1分区警察局依法审讯，而其他赌徒和现场喝咖啡等10多人，则是被警方教育然后获准回家
