菲律宾海关局查获上千个走私进口电锯
菲律宾海关局近日在马尼拉国际集装箱港口(MICP)查获667箱走私链锯/电锯(chainsaw)。
当局发现，这些电锯没有环境部森林管理局（FMB-DENR）的进口许可证。
这批来自中国的1034个电锯总价约为1,010,127被托运给JJJJEnterprises。
当局已根据第10863号共和国法《海关现代化和关税法》第1113条(可扣押货物)和第1401条(非法进口)以及第9175号共和国法令《2002年链锯法》扣押上述货物。
