菲律宾宿务省(Cebu)塔利赛市(Talisay)外海锚定的一艘货船发生大火，导致一名船员死亡，另外三人受伤菲海岸警卫队表示，MVGeneralRomulo货船当时发生爆炸并引发大火，但尚不确定爆炸的起因。
据悉，死者为货船的总工程师之一，现年60岁的NelsonPulverosa，三名受伤船员被转运到附近的医院，而船上其他16名船员已被当局救出当局已经控制住火势，并正在对起火原因展开调查。
