综合中新社及本地媒体报导：菲律宾5月9日将举行2022年全国和地方选举，超过6500万选民将在全菲10.5万个投票站投票，选出下一届总统、副总统，国会参众两院议员，省、市行政长官及议员等。
选举委员会（Comelec，俗称选举署）数据显示，截至目前共有65721230名菲律宾人有资格在大选中投票，其中逾5379万选民年龄在18岁至57岁之间。
选举署委员乔治加西亚称，此次大选的投票率可能高达75%至80%。
