在达沃市Illustre街的Supladaz餐厅酒吧内拍摄到的一段视频显示，参加派对的人在酒吧内跳舞，没有保持社交距离，有些人甚至没戴口罩。
达沃市新冠防疫工作组发言人施洛瑟（MichelleSchlosser）博士表示，该餐厅酒吧老板就违反新冠防疫规则且无证经营一事向市政府道歉。
将对Supladaz餐厅酒吧老板提出的指控包括：未经许可非法经营，未能遵循最低防疫规则，以及未能为进入该场所的客户进行安全二维码扫描。
