台风袭击一个月后菲律宾南莱特省七成地区仍无电可用
菲南莱特省(SouthernLeyte)省长DamianMercado周一表示，台风奥德特袭击一个月后，该地区大部分的电力供应尚未完全恢复。
他补充道，该省只有不到30%的地区恢复了电力供应，而其他地区的电力供应可能需要到三月底或四月份才能恢复。
该官员表示，菲律宾多个电力合作社正在帮助恢复受台风袭击的省份。
截至1月14日，国家减灾委员会报告称，台风奥德特影响的357个城镇中，已有271个恢复供电。
