据悉，该货物最初申报为“扭地拖把”和“塑料垃圾袋”，而收货人为MultiSubsonicMarketing公司。
苏比克港发布预登记控制令后，海关局人员进行了全面开箱检查，并发现几百袋的精制糖。当局将对涉案人士提出必要的指控。
