全菲27处地点精准封锁大马尼拉地区独占16处
菲国警（PNP）4日通告，因疫情飙升，截至当天正午，大马尼拉地区已有16个小区被置于精准封锁状态。在全国其他地区，精准封锁小区也从8个增加到27个。
当天，菲国警首都地区警察局局长小维森特·沓佬（VicenteDanaoJr.）少将重申，在新冠病例尤其是奥密克戎变异株病例数量上升的情况下，必须严格执行卫生防疫规定，以遏制新冠病毒在小区的传播。
