根据九月份的调查，首都区的失业率从6月份的40.9%降至33.6%，吕宋岛的失业率从6月份的30.9%降至27.5%，棉兰佬岛的失业率从6月份的19.2%降至16.4%。然而，未狮耶地区的失业率从6月份的21.3%略微上升至22.6%。
