菲律宾宿务市(Cebu)市长埃德加多·拉贝拉(EdgardoLabella)清晨病逝，享年70岁。
拉贝拉今年以健康原因多次申请病假。今年10月，由于肺炎，他在医生的建议下申请了无限期休假。
