马尼拉大都会10月16日开始降至三级警报
马拉坎南宫周三宣布，马尼拉大都会区将在10月下半月转为更宽松的警戒级别。
总统发言人哈里·罗克在一份咨询报告中表示，机构间工作组批准了将首都地区从10月16日至31日的警戒级别从4级降至3级的建议。
其他地区的隔离措施如图所示（未在列表里头的地区将实施最宽松的MGCQ）
