菲国警总监:首都区仍将实施"小泡泡"措施禁止跨市采买
菲律宾国家警察总监伊莱扎尔(GuillermoEleazar)周日表示，尽管首都区已经降级为“放宽版加强型社区隔离”(MECQ)措施，但17个城市的“小泡泡”措施将继续执行，这意味着非授权外出群体只能在市内采购必需品。
菲国警总监表示：“警方仍会在首都区边界以及首都区各个城市边界设立检查站，以随机检查过往民众，确保非授权外出群体只能在居住城市内活动，不得跨市采购必需品。”
他补充道：“如果只是来采购食品和药品，请限制在市内采购。警方将允许民众以寻医、复诊、工作等其他原因跨市通行。”
