为了1万补助金！73岁爷爷参与宿务割包皮挑战
日前，菲律宾宿务省提高割礼或割包皮参与人数，对20岁及以上参与免费包皮环切计划的男性给予1万披索的补助金。
周五接受包皮环切手术后，现年73岁名叫“马多”的爷爷已经重返工作岗位，并表示术后没有感到任何疼痛。
马多表示，他早在16岁的时候就计划和朋友接受包皮环切术，但由于对传统割礼方法的恐惧，他们都退缩了。
马多很高兴当地政府将他的补助金增加了一倍。据悉，马多有七个孩子、53个孙子和25个曾孙。
