当地时间8月5日，菲律宾马尼拉警区证实在马尼拉市16号码头发现水面上漂浮人体大腿。
马尼拉警区第一分局调查员WilsonCruz称，漂浮的两个大腿于上周六被附近船员发现。
除了穿着黑色衣物外，目前没有其他证据可以用来辨认这具尸体部分的身份。
一名海员发现了这一情况，并向值班安保人员报告，后者随即通知了警方。马尼拉警区正在继续调查该事件。
