关在金边机场移民局里面的几个大陆人和台湾人爆料，他们在移民局里面点外卖遭遇视频中红衣男子的盘剥，还被打头。
据介绍，他们拿100美金点外卖，花去35美金，结果找回来的零钱差了一大截。红衣男子坦言，他会扣掉属于他的小费2万瑞尔（5美金）。但是即使如此，零钱依然是对不上号的。
几人说，在移民局里面，来自中国大陆和台湾的人员最容易被卡要小费，因为移民局官员认为大陆人有钱，台湾人好欺负。而来自新、马地区的华人则不被盘剥，欧美人士更不会，而来自泰、越、菲地区的人也不会，因为太穷。
爆料人说，红衣男子就是移民局官员，经他之手，小费水涨船高，里面人员不堪忍受。
