中国程序员翻墙为海外软件公司打工，百万收入被罚没！

近日，一位中国程序员发帖称，他在国内为海外软件公司工作（工作过程需要翻墙），105.8万元工资被河北承德公安局定性为“非法收入”罚没。该程序员称，国庆之后会在当地提起行政诉讼，并在网络上寻求律师的帮助。
该程序员提供的行政处罚决定书上写道：该程序员无业，2019年9月至2022年11月期间，在家中使用电力设备“翻墙”访问国际互联网，在github上领取公司任务进行代码编写，在support上回答用户问题，另外还用Zoom进行远程办公。公安局对其罚款200元，没收“违法所得”1058000元。
