今天上午，两名中国男子因涉嫌绑架、勒索中国同胞6400美元在金边初级法院出庭受审。
11月2日，上述两名嫌犯在金边绑架了一名中国人，向其勒索6400美元。
案发后，金边警方将二人抓获归案。
