绑架勒索致受害者死亡，2名越南人送审
近日，干拉省2名越南人涉嫌绑架勒索、非法拘禁和酷刑，导致受害者死亡，被警察逮捕。
据悉，2名嫌犯均为男性，年龄分别25岁和30岁。
据监控显示，上述2人绑架受害者后，不仅勒索金钱，还实施酷刑，导致受害者伤重身亡。
目前，上述2名嫌犯和其他7名同伙已被移交干拉省初级法院依法处置。
