据柬媒报道，8月4日晚，警方通过热线获悉，金边市水净华区一处小路有一名男子被人丢弃，其浑身是伤并且还吸毒。
居住于现场附近的居民指出，事发前，他们看到一名嘟嘟车司机运载一名吸毒者（上述男子）来到现场丢弃，后直接离开现场。他们说，当时这名男子一动不动，随后他们决定报警处理，警方赶到现场后将这名男子送去医院治疗。
目前，警方已经展开调查，为查明事情的来龙去脉。
