据金边市长坤盛签发的通告指出，第一条路线从钻石岛公交车候车亭沿施梳越大道直通德崇国家体育场。途径东运会比赛场地包括金界一、金界二、王家军运动场（旧运动场）、金边恐龙主题公园（DinosaursAlive）、OCIC会展中心、繁荣城、柬埔寨青年联合会大楼、花园城市高尔夫场抵达德崇国家体育场。
第二条路线自奥林匹克运动场经俄罗斯大道、莫尼旺大道直通德崇国家体育场。途径王家军运动场（旧运动场）、金边皇冠（PhnomPenhCrown）足球俱乐部、VISAKHA足球俱乐部、花园城市高尔夫场抵达德崇国家体育场
