当地时间9月7日，一名印度商人在内湖省(Laguna)Nagcarlan镇遭到枪杀。
现年62岁的受害者名为辛格(ChahalKarnailSingh)，为当地居民。
初步调查显示，附近居民当时听到两声枪响。几分钟后，受害者迹斑斑的尸体被发现躺在路肩上。
辛格中两枪，当场身亡。
据报道，受害者的收藏品和摩托车都不翼而飞，因此当局怀疑事件为抢劫杀人案，但不排除其他可能性。警方仍在对此事展开调查。
